Group Registration
If you would like to register as a group, please provide the documents below and submit them to the secretariat.
After checking the submitted documents, the secretariat will guide you to pay the registration fee.

* If you register more than 10 people, you can proceed with group registration.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated.

Substitution Policy
Registered delegates who are unable to attend mat send an alternate substitution at no extra charge.
Substitution request must be submitted in writing to the Conference Registration Secretariat before November 10, 2023
Substitution request received after the deadline will be subjected to a processing fee of USD 50.
Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email at
No refunds will be issued after the regular registration period.
All refunds will be made within 2 months after IC-KDA 2023 and all bank service charges and administration fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Bank transfer admission fee (USD 50) will not be refunded – applicable to Bank Transfer payments.
