1) Please refer to the size above and print out the poster and bring it to the venue.
2) Posters should be readable by viewers from 1.5 meter away. The poster title, author(s)'s name(s) and affiliation(s) should appear on the top. The message should be clear and understandable without oral explanation.
3) Posters should display the main content or the main results of the research
4) 3M Double-sided tape and adhesive taps will be available to attach your poster to the panel.
(The tape will be provided at the staff desk)
5) All presenters should remove their posters at the designated removal time. If not, posters will be removed by staff without notice and the organizing committee will not take responsibilities for any damages or losses of posters.
6) Please check the poster number on the poster panel installed at the venue and attach your poster accordingly.
7) Please refer to the poster list on pages 3-18 for the poster numbers.
8) The screening will be conducted during the poster session on November 24^th from 13:00 to 14:00 and November 25^th from 13:00 to 14:00. The presenter should wait in front of poster at that time.
