  * Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated.
  * An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
  * A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the conference account on time.

• Official receipts will be issued to the registrant at [My Page].
• If you do not receive receipt on your [My Page], please contact the secretariat via e-mail at ickda.official@gmail.com and we will email you the receipt.

• Registered delegates who are unable to attend mat send an alternate i.e.one-for-one substitution at no extra charge.
• Substitution request must be submitted in writing to the Conference Registration Secretariat before April 24, 2025.
• Substitution request received after the deadline will be subjected to a processing fee of USD 50.

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email at ickda.official@gmail.com.
• No refunds will be issued after the regular registration period.
• All refunds will be made within 2 months after IC-KDA & ASAD 2025 and all bank service charges and administration fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Bank transfer admission fee (USD 50) will not be refunded – applicable to Bank Transfer payments.
