Submission Guidelines
IC-KDA & ASAD 2025 Organizing Committee cordially invites you to submit abstracts. Submitters are asked to choose their preferred presentation type and abstract categories when using the submission system. Before making your selection, please scan the entire list for the most appropriate abstract category.
The Scientific committee will review the submitted abstracts, and those accepted will be presented either as Oral Presentations.
Please read the guidelines carefully before submitting your abstract.

Fill out the author and abstract information and click the “Save and Next” button.

Confirmation Letter
After submission, a confirmation letter will be sent to you via e-mail.

You can review and modify your submitted abstracts on “MY PAGE” until the submission deadline.

Acceptance Notification

Submission Guidelines
- Submission: All abstracts must be submitted online via the Conference website by February 28, 2025, 11:59pm KST.
Abstracts submitted by fax, email, or post will not be accepted.
Please do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract.
- Language: All abstracts must be written and presented in clear English.
- Length: Maximum 300 words. *Spaces are not included in the count.
- Modification: You can make changes by going to [My Page] before the abstract submission deadline.
- Abstract Submission Confirmation: Official letter will be sent to the registrant via email and posted at [My Page].
- Oral presentation applicants who are not selected will be redirected to the poster presentation.
Preparing Your Abstract for Submission
The abstract should be as informative as possible and include the following details.
- Objectives: background and specific objective of the study
- Methods: description of methods used
- Results: summary of results obtained
- Conclusions: conclusions reached
Confirmation of Receipt and Notification of Decision
- All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Academic Committee.
- After submitting your abstract, you will receive an email confirmation that your abstract has been received.
- Please contact the Secretariat if you submitted an abstract and do not receive an email confirmation.
- Notification regarding the status of your abstract will be sent out after March 14(Fri), 2025.
Abstract Withdrawal
- If you have to withdraw an abstract, please inform the secretariat via e-mail ickda.official@gmail.com.
- If the author of an accepted abstract does not register by March 15(Sat), 2025, 11:59pm(KST), the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
